It was pretty good...needed to let pork simmer longer to get really tender..topped with cheese and sour cream...nice low carb dinner.will make again

the skillet tex mex pork recipe was absolutely yuuuuuumy! i made it as is.didn't have to add a thing.i love tex mex and i love pork so when i saw this recipe i knew i had to try it.it was easy to make and the flavor was yum.This recipe did not dissappoint.i will be making it again.
