I have made this recipe a dozen times or so over the past 2 years. It, simply put, is a great way to incorporate a 'healthier' (turkey) meat into rotation without the natives calling foul. I do add a bit of garlic to the gravy and extra black pepper to the meatballs.

This dish was so comforting and perfect for a cold winter night. Used my Rachael Ray 14” skillet and it worked like a champ to brown all of the meatballs.
