Turned out great, and pretty simple to make. Needed way more water to cook rice though.

Turned out delicious!!! Didn’t have a can of tomatoes with green chiles, so I had to add an extra 1/4 cup water.

Great recipe. I didn’t have diced tomatoes or the chili’s but I did have a container of grape tomatoes and a can of tomato paste. So I added about a cup and a half of water to help w the rice and to dilute the tomato paste. Also tossed a couple flakes of pepper flakes in there for the chili’s.

This was nice and made a lot which I like. It wasn’t amazing, nothing to write home about, but it was filling and my husband ate it. Good enough for me. Simple too.

bland but hot w/ the spices. i was disappointed with this, ended up adding taco sauce for flavor

I made a couple of changes. I used chili sauce instead of one can of chopped tomatoes and added some cubed zucchini. It was very good
