excellent. Just the right amount of spice, easy to make, and tasty.

This was nice and made a lot which I like. It wasn’t amazing, nothing to write home about, but it was filling and my husband ate it. Good enough for me. Simple too.

Way too spicy for the family. Not my idea of Spanish rice.

I made a couple of changes. I used chili sauce instead of one can of chopped tomatoes and added some cubed zucchini. It was very good

Tasted good. I added diced green peppers and added 1/2 cup water because I didn't have enough tomatoes. Added in a little ketchup for the color and taste and put the rice in with it all to simmer for 15 min or so until rice was tender.
