i initially made this for my 8 hr megabus trip. i ended up reheating it for the next day dinner. came out great and was very filling.

I used russet potatoes, and I boiled them too long before straining 😅 but they came out well. I’m not a big fan of garlic, so I think I’ll exclude the garlic next time. But I definitely will be making this tasty side dish again 😁

Simple & yummy. Just don’t put the garlic in first because it will burn. Add it either after you sauté the potatoes or after the green beans have been in there for a few minutes (:

We had smallish potatoes, so we just quartered them. Other than that, we followed the recipe exactly. It was amazing!!!

I used canned potatoes and canned green beans. I think this affected the outcome a bit. I would still make it again, this time with fresh ingredients.

This dish turned out perfectly. It's very easy to make, and the flavor was savory. I added chopped onions as I do whenever I make green beans, and it still was a hit. I'd make this again, and again.
