    Family loved it potatoes were a little bland, but some extra salt brought the flavors out

    So good! I made mashed potatoes on the side instead of in the pan, and used chicken breast because that’s what I had on hand. I cooked the chicken in the skillet and avoided throwing it in the oven and it still came out amazing!
