It turned out tasty and it was easy to make. I added bell peppers to it as well.

Perfect! Just the right amount of everything! I used 5 small to medium potatoes. Left the skin on (why strip the nutrients?!). A new family favorite!

A decent recipe. The onions absorbed a little too much of the salt. While it's good that the recipe specifies the amount of potatoes by weight, it should also specify how small of pieces to cut them into. I cut them into eighths like the recipe said and they were way too big. Tasted good nevertheless.
