With the addition of "empty the fridge" veggies , thyme, and sage this was very good. I added shell pasta at the end to stretch it out and add bulk. I'll make it again 👍

I shared it with two other people and everyone agreed it was a good basic weeknight recipe. We ate it all.

Delocious! Sauteed some onions and garlic and then added the ground beef. Added some dry oregano when adding the salt, pepper and flour. Only problem was there are no leftovers for tomorrow, when I'm sure it would taste even better!

Wife loved it. Nice break from pasta or rice. Made two changes: sauteed some onion & garlic, prepared it in iron skillet, topped with shredded cheese and put skillet under the broiler to melt cheese. Different cheeses can really change the taste.
