Delicious! I definitely wasn't stingy when seasoning the chicken. I used olive oil and butter (probably a half cup 🤷♀️) cooked on medium low heat and was basting the chicken every 5-7 minutes. I also partially covered the last 10 minutes. Didn't have cherry tomatoes so cut up roma and thru in after i uncovered the chicken. Tons of flavor.

Was worried it wouldn’t have much flavor but followed the recipe based on other positive reviews. Turns out, it did not have much flavor

Great! Even with using dried rosemary and standard tomatoes instead of smaller ones, we found it to be delicious!
