it was good! I'd make it again.
instead of the neufchatel cheese I used cream cheese. it turned out great!

i made it without milk. I used heavy whipping cream. came out very yummy and glad my family love it.

This was moist and tasty I substituted frozen spinach for the fresh and it worked out fine though maybe not as pretty because the spinach was chopped fine, also didn't have the sour cream and used extra cream cheese instead.
