- 1/2 tsp. ground paprika

- 16 oz. crimini mushrooms (cut in half, leave the stems on)
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 cup white wine

- 2 Tbsp. whole grain mustard

I made this gluten free by using gluten free cornbread dough for the topping. Also, I added carrots and celery to the onion mixture and omitted the heavy cream to cut down fats and calories. I omitted the whole grain mustard since I didn't have it, but the Dijon mustard alone was a nice delicate flavor. I would make this again, however, I would use chicken breasts instead of thighs.
