Very tasty and simple to make. I did not find that the sauce was very thick so a small amount of dissolved tapioca flour added at the end of the simmer time was the perfect remedy.

Very delicious. Sauce was a little watery, so had to add some cornstarch to thicken it up. Would suggest adding a little bit of salt. Would pair well with a rice, pasta, or quinoa. We ate with some toast to soak up some of the sauce that was left over.

I was excited about this dairy-free recipe until I saw the First ingredient was BUTTER! You might want to revise that.
