Delicious. I added a can of great Northern beans and kicked up the heat a bit with some cayenne. Also a dash or two of old bay, love that stuff.

I enjoyed the dish however my children thought the dish was bland. I served the dish with white rice. The consensus was the tomato mixture tasted very good together with rice and the fish lacked flavor.

This is an awesome recipe!!! Season anyway you want! I diced up several tomatoes and onion as well as celery and added redfish seasoning as well! Very tasty ! Sopped up the extra juices with some mini French bread rolls with garlic herb butter and washed it down with some red wine! Mmmmmm good!

This has become one of my favorite recipes I've found on Yummly. I usually use Tilapia and canned diced tomatoes, as well as a dash of cayenne. The recipe is so forgiving, you can use pretty much anything you have on hand. I've made several variations of this and they all turn out amazing. I highly recommend giving this a try!

Yesssss! So much flavor! So easy, quick, and delicious!! Best part, it didn’t stink up the house!I served this over rice.
Made this again and used half fish and half chopped mushrooms. It was so good!

Hubby approved at a 4 3/4 rating! Fairly easy to make, only thing I added was more salt to the sauce as we are pretty salt loving people. Will make again in the future.

This was awesome! I added 2Tbs of Louisiana Hot Sauce just to give it a little kick. Even the kids loved it.

So good! Very filling by itself. The spices were just right. I used grape tomatoes and it came out a little saucier than expected, so I ate it as a stew. Fabulous!

Fantastic and simple! Loved it. Ended up making it as directed, as well as a vegetarian batch with chopped potato instead of the fish, which was also awesome. Served over quinoa with canned red and frozen green beans, and it was a very simple and quick meal with loads of flavor
