Directions
- 1. In a hot sauté pan, sauté red onions, ginger and chilis in canola oil
- 2. Add diced pork belly, and cook until heated through
- 3. Finish with vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste
- 4. Serve on a sizzling cast iron skillet
