Ingredients

1 SERVINGS
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (half of 1 stick, melted)
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt, I use 0% fat Greek yogurt)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract (or to taste)
- 6 bananas (medium/large very ripe, mashed, 2 1/2 cups mashed bananas; if your bananas are huge you may only need 4 or 5; if they’re small, you may need more)
- 3.4 oz. vanilla instant pudding mix ( , I use regular and have not tested with sugar free)
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (mini)
- sugar (confectioners’, or vanilla/cream cheese frosting, optional for serving if desired)
