    Just awesome! I’ve made it multiple times, I change up the spice mix for different flavours but the cooking method nails it. Definitely use a meat thermometer, makes it easy.

    Good flavor however Sirloin Tip isn’t the most tender cut and salting it overnight would seem to me to make it tougher and suck all of the juice out. I did not do this step because I didn’t find recipe until hours before I cooked it so I couldn’t test my theory
