  • peanut oil
  • sea salt
  • 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • olive oil
  • lettuce (Beaded)
  • baby spinach
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon pistachios
  • 1 teaspoon peanuts (honeyed)
  • 1 teaspoon pine nuts

    Directions

    1. Brush the steaks with a little bit of peanut oil, and season with salt.
    2. Heat the grill, and when it is really hot, grill the steaks over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes.
