Description
This sirloin steak is seared, then cooked in the oven with garlic and a little bit of olive oil. This cooking method ensures they are cooked perfectly every time. Delicate lettuce and spinach is dressed with a honey mustard dressing. This salad is the perfect side dish for the steak. You can even top the salad with chilled steak for a filling and delicious salad that is perfect to bring to the office.

- peanut oil
- sea salt
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- olive oil
- lettuce (Beaded)
- baby spinach
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. honey
- sea salt
- 1 Tbsp. pistachios
- 1 tsp. peanuts (honeyed)
- 1 tsp. pine nuts

Directions
- Brush the steaks with a little bit of peanut oil, and season with salt.
- Heat the grill, and when it is really hot, grill the steaks over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes.
- Turn over without pricking, and cook the other side for 3 minutes.
