Perfect portion for one during quarantine! I used gluten free AP flour (Celiac, here), and other than having a little less lift, it was *delicious*!
I forgot I meant to add lemon curd on top after the first bite - so I added it - less tidy, but DELICIOUS!

Fantastic. Easy to make, quick, just right with ham. Think lemon crepes without the fuss. Definitely delicious
