I skipped the crispy tofu as we were all out of tofu when I made this. Put a fried egg on top of each serving instead—really good! Especially with the egg yolk running into the noodles 😋

I'm hesitant to give this a bad review since I didn't follow the instructions to a "T" but the sauce really was missing something. I originally added only 1/2 a tablespoon of sriracha because I was concerned about spice given the note on the recipe. After it was done I added the rest of the sriracha, maybe a tablespoon of honey, more sesame oil, and fresh lime. That helped but the curry powder just seemed to give it a raw flavor that I didn't care for.

Came out delicious. I took out the tofu and added red pepper flakes season salt and sauteed mushrooms. Sauteed with soy sauce.

Really good. I set the Sriracha on the table and added a little more to mine. Both husband and son said this recipe is a keeper!
