- 250 grams prawns (green, cleaned and peeled, tails intact, see Note)
- 1 red capsicum (thinly sliced)

Nice and easy recipe that was also very fast to make. I seasoned it a little more than the recipe asked for just to get the flavours a little stronger. Went down great with us all and will definitely make this again!
UPDATE: this dish has gone down so well that it has become a firm favourite and I make it very very regularly!

quite good, but I had to boil the noodles, not just put it in cold water as specified here. A part from this, it was easy to do and very tasty!!
