I was really surprised at how delicious this turned out! Tastes better than any I have ever brought and it is meat-free, which is awesome! Hubby loved it as well and there is plenty of left overs for two large servings and for us both to take lunch to work tomorrow and then there will still be some left! Will definitely be making again!
