- 1 chinese sausage (coating removed, then sliced diagonally, see tips below)
- 1 handful beansprouts
- 1 handful leafy green vegetables (sectioned)
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. dark soy sauce (use thicker dark sauce, not the runny type. I got a pic of what I used above.)
- 2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 dash pepper
