- 16 oz. crab meat (can of premium, I used Trader Joe’s blue swimming crab)
- 3/4 cup saltine crackers (crushed)
- 1 tsp. SYD Hot Rub (and pepper)
- 2 Tbsp. mayo (good, no low fat versions)
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. Sriracha hot sauce
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. ginger (grated)
- 2 Tbsp. kaffir lime leaves (finely chopped, found in Asian markets)
- 1 tsp. chili paste (Sambal Olek, ground, found in Asian Market; add more if you like more spicy)
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 tsp. ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp. minced garlic (finely)
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 2 tsp. Sriracha hot sauce
- 1 egg (beaten)
- hamburger buns
- napa cabbage (Finely shredded, and cabbage for topping)
- kimchi (to replace the iceberg lettuce found in burgers)

Will definitely make it again, hubby even wanted me to make it next week again. Don't have kimchi so just used white cabbage, fish sauce and sriracha. Used hamburger buns, which are slightly sweeter than normal buns and went well together.
