Meh. Pretty much tasteless except for the scallion and dipping sauce. But the batter leaves much to be desired. Okay and filling but absolutely no resemblance to the authentic version.

A huge hit with my 12 year old! I keep the batter in the fridge and make a fresh one for a quick meal. She adds fine rice noodles to hers. I sometimes add extra finely cut veggies

I love these scallion pancakes! I added more salt and 5 spice. I make the batter and can use it for a few days. Fresh pancakes every morning.

Yummy! I made two batches, one with regular flour and one with 100% rye flour. I love that there’s no kneading or rolling involved!

Easy to make. Don’t be afraid to season with salt....the recipe needs a heavy hand with salt

Turned out a lot better than expected given the poor reviews...it was crispy and the taste was just right for me, not too salty or too bland. It was a surprisingly easy and yummy recipe that satisfied my craving, will definitely make again!!!

The recipe it gives you is quite bland, but I do think it is supposed to be served with soy sauce. I added about a table spoon of seasoning salt, and maybe a tea spoon of celery salt, and garlic powder.
