- 2 stalks celery (organic, with leaves, chopped)

- 2 tsp. wine vinegar (I love a strong wine vinegar, but you can use balsamic, or lemon juice or omit)

This was a great salad. I added lettuce and then used fresh homemade lemon basil vinaigrette rather than the red wine vinaigrette and top it off with croutons and freshly grated Parmesan. Better than a restaurant. So good! Thank you!
