I liked this a lot. Used egg beaters and 2% milk to make it a lower calorie. Enjoyed with my coffee in the morning. Made it several times for company.

This was okay. My husband loved it and he loves coffee cake. I think it was a little underwhelming. You use the same mix to make the cake as what you put on top to make the crumblely stuff. It just seemed a little…bland. And perhaps a tad dry? I’ve had better and might look for another recipe, but it was easy to make and everyone else seemed to think it was good.

Tasted great, added a little vanilla, and walnuts, but other than that stuck to the recipe. took a little longer in the oven but i used a round cake pan.
It was very good, will make it again.

Turned out really good. I would recommend adding a little vanilla extract to it but other than that can’t ask for too much more!

I totally forgot the baking powder but it was still delicious after reading the reviews I decided to add my little spin to the recipe. I added nutmeg, ground cloves and vanilla extract along with a half cup of sugar.

I’ve made this several times and it always turns out great- I’ve substituted nutmeg once and finely grated orange peel for the cinnamon for variety.

This was awesome! I used 1/2 cup each of coconut flour, whole wheat flour and oats. So easy to make and ao yummy!

Wonderfully good for it’s simplicity! I went a little heavy handed on brown sugar and cinnamon.

Disclaimer: I love the Starbucks coffee cake. So pros: recipe is easy to make with few ingredients required. Con: a mediocre outcome in flavor and texture. A bit dry on the cake, and not those awesome crunchy crumbles I wanted.

So simple and so good. I make muffins using this (yields 12), and bake at 375 for 20 minutes. I also add chopped walnuts to the crumble topping. Yum!

I make these at least 3 times a year and always during winter, they are just delicious! I’ve also noticed that this recipe makes 12 normal sized muffins!

This is one of my favorite go-to recipes because it’s so easy and I always have the ingredients on hand. Sometime I might try adding blueberries or chunks of apple.

This recipe was easy and delish !!! I would definitely make it all over again ! I had a little trouble with the crumble part , so I will do that differently .

Easy to make and tastes delicious. Will make this again. Didn't even need to run to the store for any of the ingredients.

Simple. Tasty. When there's nothing to serve for brekkie, you will likely have all the needed ingredients to pull this off in a snap.
