Followed recipe and it's the best low carb, gluten free bread I've made. I was losing hope at finding a great recipe but this is it. It's soft unlike alot of other breads and doesn't crumble. Made a sandwich with it and it was great. Toasts well too except you have to watch it doesn't burn. Will continue to make this loaf. I'm so happy!

It turned out really good!
I used peanut butter coz I don't have almond butter anymore. I will try adding some grains the next time.
