    Very good and very easy just a tad too salty. Will definitely make again with a minor adjustment with less or no salt added.

    Turned out great! I modified the steak seasoning and doubled it for more flavor and because the swai came with five instead of four and I pours my seasoning in the butter and drizzled that way everything else was followed to the Recipe!

    I ended up writing a review for the wrong swai recipe...THIS is the one I made and it was fantastic. The steak seasoning is the secret I think. I didn't measure just sprinkled everything on after brushing with butter. Put it together in 5 min. and the cook time was perfect. Served with a lemon slice and asparagus. Delish!
