The cookies turned out to be very good; wait until cool to eat or they fall apart. Double the recipe because it only made about a dozen. Pretty easy; mix all dry ingredients in one bowl and all wet in another, then combine all ingredients. I baked them 7 min., patted them down with fork, then baked them again for 6 min. at 350.

I couldn't find the directions while I was half way through...so I got mixed results.
