This yellow sponge cake was amazing!! I use my kitchen-aid mixer to beat the eggs. I put it on high till they got nice and foamy. Also my husband on a low sodium diet so I use no salt and Hains baking powder. Thanks for the receipe, now my husband can enjoy his strawberry sponge cake!!
