I was a bit nervous about it. First time baking bread, watched the video. It was perfect! I’m feeling adventurous now! 🙃

this bread did not rise like it should. very dense bread. I used to work in a bakery and bread mixing was my job. i think they have too much salt in this recipe I might try it again with less salt

Well, I've been making bread for years (I'm 62) and I like to try different recipes, just 'cuz. I weigh my ingredients, make sure my yeast is not expired, eggs/ingredients are at room temperature, temperature gauge in oven, correct size of pan etc. Unfortunately, in this recipe the bread did not rise, at all. I KNOW baking is a science and not willy-nilly in its prep. I baked it anyway and got what I expected: a very dense and heavy loaf. Something went wrong and I honestly don't know what happened. 🤷🏼♀️

A lovely soft loaf with a very pleasant flavor! Subbed a whole wheat bread flour for the regular bread flour to make it 100% whole wheat (so I wasn’t expecting it to still be soft, but it was.). Will be our go-to loaf!

This recipe was quick and easy. Instead of making in into a loaf made 16 buns. Would make again as they are better than store bought.

This recipe is easy and good, a little tricky with milk temp. Will be making it often for the family.
