Really good and simple to make!
Notes
- 1 1/2 cup each of carrots, celery and onion
- added garlic (spoonful)
- added nearly a cup of rice, so added more chicken broth
- added some chicken boullion. Did 6+ cups broth and only two cups water.
- also added some rotisserie chicken, but would be great with just veggies
- added more seasonings, garlic/onion powder, pepper, seasoning salt. Etc.
