- 3 cups nappa cabbage (shredded)
- 2 cups portobello mushrooms (chopped, or shiitake mushrooms)
- 1 1/2 cups green onion (chopped)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce (tamari, gluten-free or coconut aminos, soy, gluten and grain free)
- 1 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce (tamari, gluten-free or coconut aminos, grain, gluten, and soy free)
- 2 tsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. sesame oil (pure)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 green onion (chopped)
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes (or black pepper)
- 1 pinch sesame seeds (optional)
- 2/3 cup Bobs Red Mill Baking Flour (gluten free 1 to 1, or other good 1-to-1 baking flour blend)
- 2/3 cup sweet rice flour (such as Mochiko)
- 2/3 cup tapioca flour
- 1 tsp. xanthan gum
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. water (just enough to form dough)
