    Love these. Texture is different but they’re delicious. I just put them straight in the oven, sprayed a little pam on them and baked for 20 minutes. I also used sour dough for the bread crumbs and it was yummy. Oh and I didn’t have vegan parmesan so switched in nutritional yeast. Gotta get me some parmesan so I have an excuse to make this again soon, noms
