My 77 year old dad ate it, my 20 year old son ate it, and my husband ate it. Sooo easy and sooo delicious, it’s a keeper. Instead of making my own vinaigrette, I used the Bragg apple cider vinaigrette instead to save me a step. Also, I used a Mediterranean herb blend on the fish.
