- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 green pepper (chopped)
- 4 stalks celery (thinly sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. Gourmet Garden garlic
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 28 oz. Tuttorosso® diced tomatoes (1 can)
- 10 oz. frozen whole kernel corn (1 package, thawed)
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. uncooked large shrimp (31-35 count per pound, peeled and deveined)

Directions
- In a Dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat and sauté sausage slices until brown on both sides.
- Remove sausage and keep warm.
- Add onion, green pepper and celery; cook until tender.
