Instead of ground beef, I used the meatloaf mix that is beef, veal, and pork; frozen peas and carrots; and made a gravy of beef broth and flour. Topped it all with instant mashed potatoes and shredded triple cheddar cheese with biscuits on the side. My family absolutely loved this and I’ll be adding this meal to our rotation.

I changed a couple things. Added onion with ground beef and only used corn(due to picky eater). But this was really good with the brown gravy.
