Great! I upped the spice and when there seemed to be a lot of the seasoned oil left I added about a half cup of pepitas. Really nice... I hope to have some left for my salad tomorrow; husband and I keep munching on them.

Quick to make. I ate them alongside roasted veggies, brown rice, and some nutritional yeast sprinkled on top.

Put them in the oven for 35 min and already a bit dry. But anyway they are yummy :)
