This didn’t turn out great for me. Pretty dense and dry and the lemon flavor didn’t come through. Could use more sweetness as well.

Very good! My first effort at gluten free baking and I was very pleased. It even looked pretty. I did use regular gluten flour and I thought it tasted great. I passed it on to a friend as well.
