Simplicity does not have to mean compromise in flavor. With just three ingredients, this simple crab pate is quick and easy to make and makes a great hors d'oeuvre when you are entertaining. Serve alongside crackers.

  • 1/2 crab sticks (pack)
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

    Directions

    1. Thaw out the crab sticks. Cook the eggs in boiling water, seasoned with salt, for about eleven minutes. Let cool completely.
    2. After everything has cooled down to room temperature, use a knife to coarsely chop the crab sticks, and egg. Put in a bowl, and mix with the mayonnaise. Serve with toast.
