- 1 anchovy (small, finely minced, optional, of course)
- 1 red chili pepper (finely minced, scale back or add more according to taste)

- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (good quality)
- chopped parsley (large handful of freshly)
- 1 cup pasta water (reserved, you most likely will not use all of it)
