The muffins are delicious! Next time I would add corresponding nuts (nut butter) into the batter instead of just on top. I used almond butter and almonds

Love it!
For more rise :
Add 1 extra egg and 1/2 tsp baking powder
For more moisture:
Add 1 cup raisins soaked 1/2 hour in juice from 1 orange brought to boiling
Or Add 1/2 cup black coffee
