Absolutely amazing! I did not add the orange zest. I baked regular vanilla cookies. Next time I’ll add 1/4 Tsp of salt instead of 1/2 Tsp because I prefer less salt. I baked the cookies at 350 for 10 minutes on parchment paper. I made 43 cookies with this recipe!

Granted that I’m an adequate amateur baker, I’ve always struggled with getting cookies to reach that perfect spot where they’re delicately scrumptious, not that kind of sweet where you’re palate begins to reject the saccharine-ness after a few bites. I’ve been disappointed a lot with recipes in that regard, but these simple orange cookies taste so darn amazing every bite! Also, the recipe couldn’t be easier. I was able to bake them while juggling three other dinner items on the stove. Love them so much! And if you’re particularly daring, making orange sorbet sandwiches out of them is sure to wow.
