This turned out pretty good. I used a strawberry onion since they're in season right now in Florida. The apple cider vinegar was ok, but next time I will probably use white vinegar. Overall, it tasted pretty good. And it was super easy to make. The hardest part is letting it sit in the fridge over night lol
