Great taste: not too sweet!
Refrigerate at least two hours: overnight is better.
I roll half at one time so that I can lift dough allowing me to flour under the dough so that it doesn’t stick. (It isn’t a stiff dough so it sticks a lot.)
Other flavors can be used: lemon, maple, rum, etc.
