- 4 oz. pepitas (the seeds of pumpkin/squash)
- 4 oz. walnuts (crushed, or hazelnuts or almonds)
- 4 oz. sesame seeds
- 4 oz. chia seeds
- 4 oz. LSA (finely crushed linseed, flaxseed, sunflower seeds and almonds)
- 4 oz. coconut (shredded)
- 1 whole nutmeg seed (only if toasting)
- 2 Tbsp. honey (only if toasting)
- 1 cup hot water (only if toasting)
- 1 canela (quill, only if toasting)
- 1 bunch rhubarb (cut into 2", 5cm lengths)
- 1 Tbsp. raw sugar (or sugar)
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. milk (yogurt, can also be used)
