Ended up doubling the recipe for the sauce. cooked the noodles separate. no mashed potatoes.

Turned out great. This recipe turned into a quick, easy, one pot, delicious meal on its own. No mashed potatoes required. I would make it again.

Very flavorful and delicious. Even my one year old loved it! I however used 12oz of noodles and cooked them separate from package directions and added them after. I also would soften the onions before adding to the beef as they were still crisp!

Loved it but we didn’t serve it over mashed potatoes I figured but already had a starch in it and it was great as it was I just made a veggie with it and they loved it
