The easiest and best tasting recipe I have ever made. Hamburger Stroganoff is now my most favorite dish!! I would recommend this recipe to everyone!!

Fair. Not crazy wonderful but certainly comforting and filling. Requires much more water than what is listed. Could add more flavor by adding broth instead of plain water. Easy to fix though and quick.

Cooked the hamburger in the crockpot. Drained and added noodles, soup, water, garlic powder, & sour cream in last 30 minutes. It was thick. Will alter recipe next time. Less sour cream, more water, and maybe some onion.

Since I never actually follow a recipe, I'll say it was a good base for my version. I had a lot less beef, and I added asparagus. Also, the cream cheese in the fridge had been eaten, so I used Monterey Jack cheese instead. It worked well with the sour cream.

This was an easy recipe. It is a good recipe when you need to get a meal on the table fast. I did not cook the noodles in with the meat. I wasn’t sure how it would turn out since I had no noodles and substituted a shell pasta. I would suggest you taste the sauce while it is cooking because it doesn’t have a lot of flavor. I used some basil, yellow peppers and a couple shakes of Worcestershire. This is not a criticism, it is a tip that this quick and easy recipe will really shine if you make it your own by customizing it to your taste. Enjoy!

Nous avons ajouté plusieurs champignons, c’était très bon. Je vais ajouter vin blanc la prochaine fois et un peu de spicy. Mais si on aime pas épicé, le goût est très bon quand même !
Kids asked for seconds:) I changed a few things slightly and added sliced baby portobello mushrooms and used part chicken stock with the water... but it’s a great base recipe for easy and quick stroganoff like hamburger helper style! Easy to adjust to suit your tastes.

it turned out pretty good, if a little too milky. maybe next time ill try less cream and a little more seasonings. but everyone liked it and it was quick. so overall, ill do it again.

Fast and easy. Made it with ground turkey, will have to doctor it up a little next time because it was a little bland. Think if I has used hamburger like the recipe calls for it would have had more flavor. Will definitely make again.

tripled the amount of sauce other than that it was great

Hubby loved it! I, too, did my noodles in a separate pot and just about doubled the recipe. I also added two packages of dry low sodium gravy mix to kick up the taste and help to was yummy! And super easy

I did my noodles in a separate pot since we needed to feed 6 of us I didn’t think 6 oz was going to work. I added extra onion and cooked it with the hamburger. I also added extra seasoning. Used more of the noodles as well, which might have aided in the fact that I thought it needed more flavor. However, it was super quick and my whole family ate it! Even the 13 yr old and 3 yr old, so I call it a win!

Turned out really good. I ended up using different noodles because I couldn't find egg noodles at the grocery store. Definitely had to cook the noodles longer than the recipe said. My daughter did not like it but I love it.

We really liked this recipe. The noodles took double the time the recipe said, but was SO good in the end. The cream cheese made it very creamy.

Family enjoyed! I added 1/2 cup tomato juice and 1/2 cup sherry. I did not add the noodles to the recipe. Served over mashed potatoes. Yummy,
