Very good. My friend makes this recipe a lot. Probably the only chicken recipe she makes. I made it once, and one of my friends wanted the spices so she could make it for a dinner party for her family.
I recommend cutting the chicken breast up fairly large - so the chunks are not dry inside.
Actually, my friend uses things like chicken leg- not necessary chicken breast.

Absolutely delicious. Spicy with a nice creamy undertone. I grated a lime and added the zest to some basmati rice. With the lime I squeezed it over the curry after plating. Simply amazing!
