- 1 cup almond milk (warm)
- 1 cup warm water
- 5 Tbsp. chia seeds (ground, I just ground my black chia seeds in the food processor)
- 3 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 3 cups all purpose gluten free flour
- 1/4 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. xanthan gum
- 1 sweet potato
- 6 baby bella mushrooms
- 1/2 cup walnuts (soaked in water for 5 hours)
- 2 baby beets (roasted, you can roast them yourself, or take the easy way out like I did and buy them packaged from Trader Joes.)
- 8 oz. vegan cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. garlic (diced)
- 10 basil leaves
- oregano
- garlic powder
- thyme
- olive oil
