This came out very well, but I will add more hot sauce the next time that I make it. We like a lot of spice! I really like the Cajun spice recipe (link is in the directions). It will be nice to have on hand in the pantry.

I switched out hot sauce for buffalo sauce but everything else was the same.. I made this with a side of honeydew melon and it was a perfect outdoor summer meal.
