French carrot salad came out great! Super, super easy. I added radishes to the mix and the two brilliant colors were compliment to each other. Also added red onion. Will definitely make again!

Very simple to make and goos. Had no parsley but added raisins and pesrtachios Great flavour

Dressing is delicious. My family makes a variation of this salad that uses garlic in the dressing instead if Dijon mustard. Also added some celery and dry cranberries. Made it twice already in one week.
